How We Make Our Tempeh

Tempeh [tem-pay] is an ancient Indonesian superfood made from just three natural ingredients: soybeans, water and live cultures. We simply mix them together and let everything ferment and firm up over three days, ready for slicing and dicing.

With our tasty tempeh pieces and our burger, we add our special blend of punchy organic spices and seasonings to the mix. It’s our special slow fermentation method, together with our top-notch organic ingredients, that give Tiba Tempeh its moreish, hearty texture and delicious nutty twang.
