OK, we’ll admit it – we’re addicted to sweet chilli sauce. Have been since the nineties. Hot and sweet? Yes please. To achieve this, we add just one thing to our traditional tempeh of three ingredients. A squirt or two of our desert island condiment, made with chillies, garlic and vinegar – all organic of course. Top tip: it’s delicious eaten straight from the box.

Pan-fry: heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry for around 4 mins, turning often until golden brown.
Microwave: remove all packaging and cook at 800W for 1 min.
