It’s midweek. You’ve just finished a late one at work. If you’re not in a make-your-own-marinade kind of a mood, why not let us do the honours? Tiba Tempeh is the most amazing taker on of flavours, and this one has been marinated in gluten free soy sauce, adding a sweetly savoury vibe to the subtle nuttiness of our traditional tempeh.

A wok. A few fresh veg chopped up. A handful of cashews. What more do you need? Oh right, tempeh…

Ingredients:

Soybeans*, Water, Sunflower Oil*, Marinade (sugar*, water, soy sauce*, salt, rice vinegar*, tapioca flour*), Culture (inoculum). *Organic

How to cook:

Pan-fry: heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry for around 4 mins, turning often until golden brown.

Microwave: remove all packaging and cook at 800W for 1 min.
