Begin by marinating the tempeh. In a bowl combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, cumin and paprika. Slice the tempeh block into 6 pieces and place them in the marinade. Cover and let it marinade in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.
Prepare the satay sauce by combining all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Add a splash of water if needed until you get a creamy consistency.
Place the tempeh onto skewers and cook on a griddle pan or in a frying pan for a 3-4 minutes on each time.
Serve the tempeh skewers, drizzle over the satay sauce and garnish with crushed peanuts. Enjoy!
