Tiba Tempeh loves big flavours. Well, don’t we all? This one comes with its own. It’s our traditional three-ingredient tempeh with a moreish marinade of curry spices, tomato and onion. It’s fabulous in curries of all kinds: whether it be a Thai Massaman, an Indian Bhuna or even an authentic 1980’s Mum Curry Classic – complete with the obligatory helping of desiccated coconut and sultanas. No shame in that.
The subtle savoury flavour profile also lends itself well to a more naturally plant-powered protein source. Use it in salads, wraps or sandwiches – even ‘sausage’ rolls or samosas for that upcoming picnic.
You can check out our recipes page for inspiration on how to enjoy these into every meal – yep, we’re not beyond tempeh on toast for breakfast…
